Bentil on June 13, 2022 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Dr. Bentil received the 2022 Springer\/Nature Publishing Young Investigator Lecture Award from the Society for Experimental Mechanics (SEM), during the annual conference.<\/p>\n<p>This prestigious award recognizes a member of SEM that is in their early to mid-career (generally 5 to 10 years after degree receipt) whose work demonstrates considerable potential in the field of Experimental Mechanics.
