Michio Kaku is a theoretical physicist, popularizer of science, and television personality. Two of his books, Physics of the Impossible and Physics of the Future, were both New York Times best sellers. His numerous television appearances have included 60 Minutes, The Colbert Report, and multiple programs on the Discovery Channel. He is also featured in the Science Channel series Futurescape. He holds the Henry Semat Chair and Professorship in theoretical physics at the City University of New York.
